PRODUCT RETURNS
No returns or exchanges, however for any problem or question please send

Please read our returns policy carefully before sending anything back to us as we will not
we accept returns without consultation.
Please note that all shipping costs are your responsibility.

NO REFUNDS
Products must be returned in perfect condition and unopened packaging. In
if you open the package you should make sure they are returned exactly
in the condition in which they were received, with all their accessories, of the forms
that accompany them and their packaging in excellent condition.
The return of the products is accepted only if you have first paid for each
amount incurred by the company for their shipment and the shipping costs for it
return of the item.

• All shipments cost €11
  -We need about 5-10 working days to prepare and post
  your order.
• The shipment is made by ELTA and the delivery time is 5-15 working days, it depends on
  your location, and accompanied by a tracking number.
  All additional border fees are the responsibility of the customer.
